I believe there is no such thing as coincidence. So when I first met Sheila just over a year ago (Dec. 2007), it seemed as if it was meant to be.

Having recently experienced one of the most devastating losses in my life that not only left me grieving on a personal level but also threatened to gravely impact my livelihood, I was in a state of deep despair. Not being able to sleep, re-living the pain and confusion of the loss, I, at times, was afraid I’d lose my sanity.

I was initially introduced to hypnosis when I approached Sheila to talk to her about a personal issue that had plagued me for some time, to see if she thought that hypnosis might work in my situation.
