GRAND OPENING SPECIAL

South-east corner of Rebecca and Brant Streets, with parking lot (free) off Brant.  This is office space I share with a Chiropractor and a Family Counselor.  It is not wheel-chair accessible:  anyone requiring wheel-chair accessibility can still have their session at my Condo in the same neighbourhood (evening or weekend hours only because of construction noise presently).

The best time to reach us in person by phone is in the morning, between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM, Monday through Saturday, unless we have a client appointment.  I try to keep that time fairly free so that I can talk with you for 5 to 10 minutes.  When you leave a voice-mail, I will attempt to reach you up to 7 PM at the day-time phone number you leave, unless you specifically request otherwise.  I am generally able to return calls within a few hours, so if you haven't heard back from me after 5 hours, please try to reach me again, as sometimes messages don't go through properly.

If contacting by email, please ensure that you also put our email address in your White List or Contacts list, so that any reply we make to you from that address doesn't end up bouncing into your junk or deleted folders.  In the event that your computer is set up NOT to be able to follow the above link, you can type in the following, replacing "at" with "@":  "info at hypno-dynamics.ca" leaving out the extra spaces.  For best service, please provide a day-time phone contact number, and provide a reasonable amount of information initially so that I can give you a faster/better answer.

I offer flexible office hours, Monday through Friday as early as 10 AM and as late as 7 PM.  I also schedule some weekend appointments, depending on whether or not I am teaching a course.  When arranging your day-time appointment, please  allow yourself sufficient extra time for after your session to relax before rushing off to another appointment or to pick the kids up from school, etc.

I will also do house-calls, schedule permitting, within 30 KM's of home base, with travel time to/from paid at normal hourly rate (1/2 hr increments), pre-determined by Google Earth maps, and the appointment must be paid for in its entirety online through PayPal (or other pre-paid arrangement) before I go out.  I generally reserve this service for emergency situations only.
