This certification class is perfect for psychologists, doctors, dentists, alternative therapists, acupuncturists, yoga instructors, massage therapists, Reiki masters, energy workers, meditation leaders, and anybody else who wants to get into the helping profession. No previous experience with hypnosis is needed for this course.  All we ask is that you bring an open mind and be prepared to participate fully.

It is a myth that there are too many Hypnosis Professionals practicing already.  In Canada, particularly, there is a large gap in what is needed and what is available, especially for those who want to work either part-time or full-time (rather than as an adjunct to current professional work):

The NGH Certification training program provides 100 hours or more of combined classroom instruction, practice sessions, homework assignments. Continuing telephone and email supervision and group practice sessions, as follows: 

  • class room lecture 

  • discussion 

  • demonstration of inductions and techniques 

  • practicing of inductions and techniques during class 

  • report on your experiences of practicing of inductions and techniques outside of class with volunteers 

  • study of the NGH Manuals, written reports on the material 

  • study of CDs and DVDs with oral and written reports on their content and the value of the information 

  • submission of a recorded hypnotic induction by students for critique 

  • development of your business plan and marketing strategy 

  • 3 hour (quarterly) supervised practice sessions (optional)

ADDITIONAL COURSE MATERIAL

As I am also one of only a handful of Certified Trainers for the National Federation of NeuroLinguistic Programming (NFNLP.com) in Canada, and received both my NGH and NFNLP Trainer certifications simultaneously from the founder of the NFNLP, I will be using NLP to teach in many areas of the course, as well as including elements of properly utilized NLP techniques to compliment certain areas of your training. This is where taking this course from me will put you substantially ahead of any student whose instructor does not have this qualification, and/or be willing to use it with new certification students.

TERMS

If life circumstances cause you to withdraw from the course within 5 days prior to the start of the course (before you've entered instruction), due to the logistical arrangements we must make on your behalf, a $50.00 Administrative charge will be deducted, unless you decide to leave the funds on hold for any future course (NGH or NLP).  See the NGH Training page for scheduled classes. 

You must attend all training days to obtain the NGH Certification:  you may be able to make up a missed day with extra work, catching up on assignments, or attending a few evening classes.  Each case will be viewed on its own merit.
